Heather Locklear arrested in Santa Barbara for suspected DUI
Heather Locklear was arrested Saturday night in Santa Barbara and booked on suspicion of driving under the influence.
According to TMZ, alcohol was not a factor and the police believe she was on prescription medications. A resident reported Heather was "driving erratically" while pulling out of a parking lot.
The California Highway Patrol say they found Locklear's car parked on a state highway and it was blocking a lane.
After talking with the actress for a while, the officer determined she was under the influence of something and arrested her. She was tested for drugs and alcohol and released without having to post bail.
On June 24, her publicist announced Heather was seeking treatment for depression at an Arizona facility.
Poor Heather. She looks scared and like she's been crying her eyes out. And she also looks like she can barely focus.
Why do they drive? I do not understand this. Can't celebrities afford drivers? Cabs? Limos? Don't they have friends they can call?

I feel so bad for Heather, she's had such a terrible few years her husband cheating on her, her best friend betraying her, her ex getting arressted with their daughter in the car while under the influence, hospitalized for depression now this. When will this woman's pain end?
Ahh - Poor Heather. I know her family and she comes from such a wonderful one and is such a sweetie. I think that she has gotten the shaft by far too many idiot men in her life. Break-ups and divorce always take a horrible toll on anyone. She just needs to remember who she is and how amazing and tough she is and not let any of those idiots take her down. With a little rest and support I know that she'll come back from this as strong and firey as ever. Even in this horrible mug shot, obviously tired and sad - she is still prettier than 90% of the women out there. Heather many of us wish you the best and support you on the road back to good health. You need to get back to your old self soon so that you can be there as the inspiration to your daughter that you always were. Let her make you smile again and remind you of what's really important. To all the men who lied and betrayed you.....I say FU** Em.!!! Show them that they can't bring you down because NO ONE else can ever be Heather Locklear and they should have worshiped the ground you walk on!

I said the same, "why didn't you call someone". My daughter received calls from friends and even family members at 2AM - 4AM for a ride home. She didn't care what time it was and no questions asked, as long as they called her. She is currently attending UCSB and seeking employment. My daughter called me that night and said, "I wish I knew her before this happened, she is one to trust and know that she would be there for anyone who is in need.

You "know" Heather and her family? If you do, and are that concerned, why are you googling gossip websites for information about her instead of calling to find out what's up and express your concern like a NORMAL person would, if they truly DID know someone. Pathetic.
