Is everybody suing Vanessa Hudgens for money?

If it's not nude photos of you turning up on the Internet, it's mean old lawyers and producers wanting more money from you.
Vanessa Hudgens is being sued by a music producer for $5 million. In January, she settled (out of court) a lawyer's claim for $150,000.
This producer contends that the actress and her dad have violated a contract and failed to pay him a share of her earnings.
Hudgens, one of the stars of the "High School Musical" series, entered into an agreement with producer Johnny Vieira in 2005 when she was still a minor, sez the lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Monday.
Vieira says Hudgens and her father, Greg, sued to get out of the agreement but have not abided by settlement terms that say he shares equally in advances, royalties and merchandising from Hudgens' skyrocketing career, which include two solo albums and a third "High School Musical" movie scheduled for theatrical release later this year.
Hudgens was sued last year by another lawyer who claimed she owed him $150,000.
She settled that lawsuit out of court, a month after a judge ruled that the case could go to trial.

Not entirely correct. The settlement agreement entitled Mr. Vieira to a percentage of her earnings from her recording career with Hollywood records - NOT High School Musical. The production agreement was the one which entitled him to an equal share (50%) of her earnings. The settlement agreement overrides the production agreement but Mr. Vieira is trying to reinstate the production agreement two years later because Vanessa's laywers failed to file the settlement agreement for court approval. Basically, this suit is because Vanessa's lawyers are incompetant and forgot to finish the job. Vieira is an opportunist looking for a loophole so he can get his piece of the action.

Actually, he's suing for 27 million.
in short simple terms:
the guy suing her wants 50% of her earnings because of a crooked deal he got her to sign before HSM. this is because the idiot lawyer who V later fired (and got sued by also) didnt court approve the release to get Vanessa out of the ridiculous contract so now the idiot is trying to milk her and HR for all their worth.
