Paul McCartney's new love song for ... Heather Mills?
Paul McCartney's bitter and publicly acrimonious divorce from Heather Mills was only finalized three months ago.
But he's already making nice and has written a silly love song for his ex-wife, called "My Soul," in collaboration with performer Nitin Swahney.
And the lyrics show seeming deep affection for the mother of his daughter, Beatrice.
Are you ready?
"I long to know all your secrets, I want to walk through your fire. Light up my eyes with your smile."
"I was awakened by magic. I was alone in the world. Take me away form here."
Although now "worlds apart," he writes, "we could climb every mountain, swim through every sea. When all the world is asleep we could set ourselves free."
Not exactly "Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away...."
A friend of Sir Paul told the Daily Mail:
"What the song shows is that rather than feeling embittered towards Heather, Paul just feels sorry for her. He feels sorry that she was never able to tell him the full truth about her past life. He feels that their romance happened so fast and so publicly that a lot never really got said. Paul knows Heather is a complex person and deeply misunderstood –- but that she has hardly helped herself by being less than transparent about her life."
"My Soul" will be released on Nitin's new album, "London Undersound," in October.
Wonder if she'll ask for the song's royalties?

I see absolutely nothing in these lyrics that refer to heather. Wrong, wrong, wrong. Time will tell who this song is about, and trust me, it ain't h.
Maybe the song is about Linda. Let's hope.
This wonderful song was clearly written for Linda! No doubt about it! Such deep feelings coming from this heartbreaking sound can't be referred to a woman who has made him suffer!
