Olivia Newton-John found the one that she wants
Olivia Newton-John finally gave up waiting for her boyfriend of nine years, Patrick McDermott, to show up. He mysteriously went missing after a fishing trip out of San Pedro in 2005.
Despite the fact that there have been several reported "sightings" of McDermott, the "Grease" star married Australian entrepreneur and environmental activist John Easterling, 49, in a surprise ceremony July 4 at her Malibu home. Even the guests, who thought they were coming for a Fourth of July picnic party, were surprised!
This is the second marriage for the 59-year-old Australian singer.
"Olivia cried for almost two years," a source told the Daily Mail. "And then she started seeing John last year. He put the smile back on her face."
The DM also reports that Newton-John was almost forced to cancel the big day when a brush fire broke out in a nearby canyon. They thought about delaying because of the fires, but went ahead with the service.
All the best, Olivia! Congrats, John. You've married a woman who is almost every grown man's fantasy girl.

I hadn't heard about the mysterious missing boyfriend before - that's scary/weird. I'm glad she's happy now.
I'm happy that Olivia Newton - John has found happiness at last, I wish her only the best..She a great singer and I do have the dvd of Grease and I watch that movie over and over her and John travolta made a good pair not meant for each other in real life, But she is happy and John Travolta is happy in his marriage to kelly I only wish them all the best,,,Cathy Jeffers Cobb
