Hate the New Yorker's Barack Obama cover? Try this!
Here's another version of a potential New Yorker cover of presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Barack Obama in a poster for Will Smith's sci-fi film 'I am Legend."
Whew. That's much better.
Or is it? Which do you prefer?

I Am Legend is quite acceptable and a nice piece of art. The current New Yorker cover missed the mark. Some who believe the untrue rumors will see the image and retain it at some level, confirming the fears and false spin.
The truth is that we are inspired by Obama and we can dare to believe in our country again WHEN HE IS ELECTED PRESIDENT.
If only this were true considering his vote on FISA and his changing views on the death penalty and abortion. Silly liberals.
It's at least funny! See, that's satire-it's makes fun of those peeps who think Barack Obama's impending elections is on par with the second-coming. The New Yorker should consider you as an consultant :)
Gimme a break!|
Satire, to be worthwhile, must have an element of ftruth,The New Yorker cover clearly did; this has none.
Barack and Michelle love America like OJ loved Nicole .
I like this one MUCH better.
Steve007, Please tell me, what is this "ftruth", for which you seek?
I don't have a problem with it. I'm voting for whoever is the Democrat. Isn't it true that we don't really have an absolute candidate until the roll is taken? If we're not going to be allowed to mock the POTUS is he's Obama, maybe some superdelegates will change their minds. First Amendment, anyone?
You can't make fun of black guys, you can't even make satire of black guys. Believe me, I know.
