Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen are at it again!
Even after being told by a judge Thursday that she wasn't going to be able to modify her custody agreement with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, Denise Richards went to court a second time, Monday, to try to do just that.
Surprise, the judge said "no dice."
Fern Wender, attorney for Sheen, stated: "Charlie was very happy with the court commissioner only granting the innocuous portions of what Denise was asking for, and denying everything else. The court commissioner did not find any emergency to justify changes to the current custodial arrangement."
This is the second time in three court days that Richards asked two judges to modify the custodial arrangements for Sheen, and on both occasions she lost.
"Charlie only wants what is best for his young children," said a spokesman for Sheen.
"It is unfortunate that Richards and her attorney are trying to create a media circus to help her promote her reality television series."
He's got a point. The media had definitely been alerted to this new custody-changing court date.
"There were cameras everywhere,'' said a source. "Were any of them from her reality TV show? You do the math."
According to Denise's camp, things turned out just peachy.
Her lawyer, Neal Hersh, said on TMZ, "What Charlie's reps are not telling you are the orders the judge made specifically directed toward Charlie. Charlie keeps on trying to talk about a winner or a loser, but clearly no one would consider those orders a victory for Charlie. As usual, he was simply trying to attack Denise rather than focus on his children." 


Hersh added that today's order "will finally force Charlie to focus on his children."


Huh? Isn't this like the pot calling the kettle black? Or are there two kettles? Or two pots? I'm so confused.

She's going through this because a) she needs the publicity; or b) she likes to expend a lot of energy. She gets more press than Madonna does.
If Charlie Sheen had any sense, he would give her full custody, have another baby or two, and totally ignore his children by her; that would drive her absolutely insane.
I think Denise loves her children more than anything. She and Charlie had previously agreed not to shelter their children from the media and I think they will be better of for it. If they are taught that the media is frightening and they should hide from it I think that would be more traumatizing. If they don't look thrilled in the above photo - well what kid is happy to go anywhere with their mom unless it involves fun kid stuff for them? She's no perfect mother but I've seen a lot worse and their father is just a complete moron in my opinion.
Both of these parents should be aboslutely ASHAMED of themselves. Their behavior is truly disgusting. As a parent myself, I feel for their two daughters. They never look happy. I read that things are going so badly for them that they have to be in children's therapy. This is wrong on so many levels. Grow up, Denise and Charlie, or you will forever hurt your two children!
Those kids are beautiful! I hope things eventually work out for everyone. Life is too short. I think there's bitterness and stubborness but I also think both sides are decent human beings and that they should think about the beautiful creatures they made together and find peace. I know, easier said than done. I wish them my best, nonetheless!
I have neve seen a picture of these kids when they don't look miserable. I feel sorry for them.
I think that people tend to judge very quickly. I must admit that before her reality show I really disliked her. After seeing a couple of her episodes I realize, hey she's human. She has feelings and she is bound to make mistakes. She's a beautiful person in the inside and that comes threw to her beauty. She just genuinly wants whats best for her kids. Me being a single mom, I like the fact that I could identify with her. She struggles just like the rest of us. I truly believe what she said; If I could touch the life of people with my experiences then this is all worth while. I have nothing but respect for her, I adore her father he seems like a great man. I wish nothing but the best for her. Hopefully Denise and Charlie will come in to good terms soon. =)
Denise give it up. No one really cares about you or your so called problems. You can't seem to even make the D-List and why magazines keep reporting your every temper tantrum is beyond me. Please keep your personal life to yourself and then none of us will hear about you again.
These girls always look miserable. Denise is a media *****. Whatever Charlie's faults, I do not see him doing things that harm his girls. Denise on the other hand will do anything for a few minutes on TV. What a shame for those girls. Odd that Brittany seems a better mom at this point.
HELLOOOO the whole reason they picked this picture was because they weren't happy in it, but for all you know they were laughing and giggling five minutes before. Her children are very rarely in her reality series. Now as a single mom she is able to work from home. Her show is funny, you finally see someone famous act on a real level. Stop bashing her when clearly you only know what the media says which half the time is a bunch of BS anyway. Growup and worry about your own lives.
Denise keep doing what you're doing bet half this people against you are fat pigs who are jealous of someone with 2 beautiful children, beautiful, not an ounce of fat and REAL.
Really objective article isn't it? None of you took the bait right? Play on the notion that Denise is a media ***** and that she is just using this as a device to "FURTHER" her career. Come on. He likely did molest the kids. He's clearly insane and just has a way with the media. She takes care of the kids most of the time. They go see daddy and return home freaked out. Look at his track record: Shot one of his previous wives in the arm. Battery charges. Regular Fleiss client. Penchant for prostitutes and younger girls. Always saying nasty things about the mother of his children. Consider that he might be guilty.
