Will you wear Lindsay Lohan's new leggings?
Lindsay Lohan has named her new leggings line "6126," after Marilyn Monroe's birthdate.
Lindsay apparently unveiled the line by posing with several models on Robertson Boulevard recently.
The leggings will be sold -- where else -- at Fred Segal. Lohan created the line with design partner Kristi Kaylor. The collection includes footless tights, cashmere leg warmers and "ankle gloves" (?) in a range of patterns and fabics.
I've also heard unconfirmed rumors they will also include built-in knee pads (?), latex and zippers.
The line will start about $40, when it hits L.A. boutiques in late August.
Which is just when I starting thinking, "Gosh, it's finally getting hot enough to start wearing leggings."
I frankly don't think Marilyn Monroe would ever have been caught dead in LiLo's leggings.
But that's just me.

As another choice for purchasing leggings - www.UnJeans.com, I wish Lindsay well in her new leggings endeavor. The more that people wear leggings as everyday casual wear, the more that people will discover the comfort and joy of wearing leggings. More power to Lindsay, she looks great in leggings, as most people do. Break through the body image constraints and just wear them.
