Dr. Drew on Angelina Jolie: 'Is she on drugs?'
Is Angelina Jolie still on drugs?
That's what Dr. Drew Pinsky wonders in his Playboy interview.
"I'm concerned with what's really going on with Angelina Jolie," the not-so-good doctor said in July's issue of the girlie mag. "I've never seen someone remit heroin completely. You're either still on heroin, Oxycontin or something else. Unless you're dead. Is she still using something? Is she in recovery? If she's in recovery, I don't see any evidence of it, because people in recovery invest themselves in simple, selfless acts of service, not global self-serving acts."
Huh? No evidence of recovery? What planet is he from? First, most of what Angelina Jolie (who has admitted to past drug use) and Brad Pitt do is under-the-radar charity. We don't hear about it from them. And we wouldn't know about any of their adoptions and/or pregnancies if they were't famous and incredibly hot movie stars.
Plus, call me crazy (seriously, go ahead), but isn't the best use of celebrity to draw much-needed attention and/or money to worthy global or local causes?
Is Dr. Drew nuts? He's already had to apologize to Tom Cruise for calling him a Nazi. Does he owe Angelina Jolie one too?

Good lord, what is *he* on? Has he been following any of the reports and photos about her lately? Forget following, has he even *seen* a photo of her lately?

I vote *yes* an apology would be the very *least* he could do! (a few donations to charities of her choice wouldn't be out of line either)

Apparently, he talks out of the side of his mouth, he must need the attention. Might, get more that he wants.. He needs to set down with his attorney before he continues with his slander. And for making the statement of her being on heroin, the not so smart doctor, might realize he better be able to prove his statement.
this guy is obviously insane. She hasn't done anything selfdestructive since she adopted maddox. I am sorry dr. Know nothing, but, to some women, motherhood can be quiet healing and all the recovery they would ever need. She looks radiant and health.
This man is obviously looking for publicity by bad-mouthing people who actually have talent, unlike him.
Dr drew is an idiot first he had to apologize to tom cruise for calling him a nazi,now angelina jolie,HE DOES OWE ANGELINA MORE THAN A APOLOGY,he need to apologize the same way in a full page of the LATIMES, to me this is slander and if I were a celebrity like miss jolie I would his pants off for SLANDER.

As a drug counsellor Dr Drew is correct in the sense that Heroin is a life long addiction which you can control.
Jolie seems to be doing that, however, adopting child after child is also a form of addiction. Adopting a child from a 3rd world country reuires alot of time spent with that child integrating the child into the family dynamics. For children who are older this takes years. Jolie's compulsion to continually adopt without proper integration is indicative of a deeper problem.
Angelina looks very ills. Even movie criticscomment on hr "needle thin" needle thin arms that work against her wannabe super hero image because it looks like they'll snap at any punch.
There are many many fanous people giving more money, adopting, and starting schools and helping and it is not their weekly press release (or ...ooopsss...assistant leaked info) like it is of Brangelina!
Thr is somethign really creepy. On article compared her to the gust John Belushi played who overstayed a welcom. The spin in Vogue and other outlets is obviously written by their camp to paint her into something she flatly falls very short of being.
Something is sick, or as one critic put it, something smells fishy with the trout pout.
She looks delusional when sh gazes out lik she's royalty and better than everyone. That could be drug damage, She doesn't look healthy and sh poses tears and compassion for the camera so obviously milking it when she's around refuges.
Come on!! Look at Charlize Theron and others who work hard to help in Africa and don't blab about every time they fart.
Brangelina look like on quote calling thm Brag-Jawlina. Not to take away from the good they do, okay. But they look like cheap small-time mayors of small town snake oil salesmen. It just doesn't wash as whole and true.

"Dr" whatever is like so many others who want publicity, so they make really dumb comments. He has never met her, treated her or has her history. He is, as stated above, an idiot. He should stick to the "d" list celebrities on his sitly show and leave this woman alone.
She has a beautiful healthy daughter and looks like she is on the way to having a couple more. This jerk needs a refresher course in medicine and a good shrink while he is at it. Why doesn't he work on poor Amy Winehouse, she needs the help.
I think everything she does is to satisfy her own selfish needs - I work in this industry and Brad and Angie calculate every move for it publicity power - they call the paparazzi and let them know where they will be and when. they leak their adoptions info, etc.. they sell photos of their children and then complain they have no privacy. Every man she has been with, she stole from some else - Billy Bob was engaged to laura Dern when Angie married him, Brad was married, etc...
