Honeymooner Mariah Carey e-mails pals about newly wedded bliss

Mariah Carey sure was in a big hurry to get hitched. She was engaged for what, five minutes?

The impatient diva got married to Nick Cannon on April 30 on the Caribbean island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas.

Still on her honeymoon, she e-mailed her pal Vogue editor Andre Leon Talley to tell him how happy she is. And naturally, he blabbed about it to People.

"I received an e-mail from her (Monday) and she is so happy. She really sounds like someone on her honeymoon," he said.

Bet she also had some 'splaining to do about why she didn't come to him for wedding gown advice.

He tells People that the nuptials happened so fast, "I didn't have time to offer her any style tips."
