Nanny accuses Rob Lowe of 'inappropriate touching'!
Sex, lies, but -- darn it -- no videotape?
Associated Press is reporting some pretty ugly stuff going on between "Brothers & Sisters" star Rob Lowe and the ex-employees he's suing.
One of them, Jessica Gibson, has filed a suit that alleges that the former "West Wing" actor sexually abused her.
Why did she continue to work for Lowe and his wife, Sheryl, despite the "inappropriate touching" she alleges in her suit, off and on between September 2005 and January 2008?
Because she said she loved the couple's two boys and needed the job. She quit Feb. 24.
"I always thought it would be different when I went back, but it was not," Gibson also said in the lawsuit.
Last week, Lowe sued three ex-employees, including Gibson. He claims she demanded $1.5 million to remain silent about the abuse allegation, an allegation that his attorney says is "outrageous" and "untrue."
His suit also accused another nanny of spreading lies about him.
Gibson's countersuit, filed Monday, seeks unspecified damages, and her attorney, Gloria Allred, told AP that Lowe filed his lawsuit after his attorneys saw "the original content of our suit."
"They may have thought their pre-emptive strike would intimidate our client," Allred said Tuesday. "I can assure them it will not."
In retrospect I bet Lowe wishes he'd installed a surveillance video camera so he could prove his innocence. Surely, he must still have a video cam around somewhere, just collecting dust.

Great punchline. Elizabeth, you can hang with the comedians and trade snaps anytime.
