Ready for the new Paris Hilton? Meet Lydia Hearst!

Is Lydia Hearst the new Paris Hilton? Sure looks like it.

She's a young, sexy, blond (sometimes red-haired) socialite-heiress (the daughter of Patti Hearst -- think Hearst Publications) with a big-eyed, baby doll face reminiscent of Johnny Depp's lady love, Vanessa Paradis.

Lydia is already behaving a lot like Paris. She models (Louis Vuitton, Prada, Clinique, M.A.C.), is the new face for Escada fragrance and designs handbags for Puma.

She  doesn't mind taking off her top in a crowded nightclub, but she got really miffed recently when airport security revealed her panties when they dumped out her purse. That is so Paris.

She's only 23, but she's already cheated death at ... are you ready ... the Chateau Marmont.

What a great new role model for young girls, now that Paris seems to have settled down with that boring Benji Madden.

And just like Paris, Lydia has a fledgling film career. She plays Stella, a provocative party girl in "Frost," a romantic comedy that premieres next week at the Gen Art Film Festival in New York.

Playing a party girl is not an unfamiliar role for Miss Lydia (may we call you LyHe?). She also played a druggie club girl in the short film "Ladies Room." See, she's even typecast like Paris!

"Frost" producer Mike Landry told Pop Tarts at Fox News, "Lydia didn't have any hang-ups on the set; she is clearly confident with her own body and relished the provocative nature of the role. She just has this sexy radiance -- most men would give their right arm for the chance to go out with her, and I'm sure many women are jealous of her."

Is he talking about Paris being jealous? 'Cause I'd put money on that.
