Jennifer & Angelina's first public outing?
In one corner, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt. And in the other corner, Jennifer Aniston.
Let the games begin!
All three actors are hosts of this awards season's big charity event called The Night Before, a pre-Oscar bash benefitting the Motion Picture and Television Fund, taking place on Saturday, Feb 23. at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
According to US Weekly, it's de rigeur for all the hosts to attend this bash so there's a good chance they will run into each other, whether they like it or not. And it's actually one of the few parties left standing after the prolonged, but now settled, writers strike.
Did I mention it's also the site of Aniston and Pitt's last public appearance just three years and four kids ago?
I bet somebody will blink. Aniston may use her shooting sked as an excuse. Or it may be the moment Angelina picks to go public about her rumored pregnancy.
I'd love to be a fly on the wall but, sadly, this affair is, and has always been, a press-free zone.
A hissing and hair-pulling "Dynasty"-style cat-fight will probably never come to pass.
They'll probably be all lady-like, polite and just smile sweetly through gritted teeth when they meet.
Darn it!

What if they duked it out and then both jumped off and ran off together into the sunset....would we still have to hear about them every five minutes? Doesnt LA have any other issues to be concerned with?
There is nothing going on here. Do you really think these people are as shallow and stupid as you make them out to be in the press? No one cares about this media fabricated "cat-fight."
