Face it, Madonna. You're no Fellini.

BeforemadonnaManow

Wow! Is it just us, or does Madonna look a heckuva lot more refreshed now, right, than she did back in 2002, left?

Guess she really is getting better with age!

Frankly, I think she should come out with a skin care or makeup line.

Fact is, her face is getting much better reviews than her new film, "Filth and Wisdom."

I don't see any difference, really, or if there is, it's just lighting, and she looks better in the first photo.

Great to hear her film sucks, though. Doesn't she learn?

Madonna may not be a Fellini, but she damn sure isn't Paris Hilton.

Madonna, controversial from day one, at least was known for her hard-working ethics and off the wall creativity which defined her songs, videos and concerts.

Paris, on the otherhand, feeds on the stupidity of those who DO NOT appreciate hard workers like Madonna, Tina Turner, Diana Ross, Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston. Oh yeah, unlike Paris, these ladies had talent too.

Go Madonna, never liked you, but I liked what you stood for. You worked at it. You are and always will be a "blue-collared" superstar.

People like Paris, Britneym, Linsey, and Nicole Ritchie are simply apalling and could have taken lessons from you.

Why don't you create a video about them? Oh yes, I forgot, you are known for pressing the envelope, NOT using drugs. You could never make a video on them!

You know what, I grew up hating Madonna. She was just too "faddy" for me. Now, with all the trash that is out there, and a little more wisdom between my ears, Madonna is and was and will always be a pure artist. Sorry, it had to take this generation to appreciate the creativity you put in to your music in the 80's. Now, you have Spears, Lohan, Hitlon...hey wait a minute, there is one that can follow in your creative footsteps, Aguillera!

botox!!!!!!!!!!plus she works out like crazy!!!!! she" got the money to look and feel fabulous!!!!!

I think Madonna is a genius. Let's face it, she's been shaping our society in one way or another for decades now. You have to admire her strength and sheer nerve! You're right...though amazing at a lot of things, she is, I'm sorry Madonna, but she is truly a horrible actress. Evita wasn't so bad, but it was more of a theatre production than true film.

However - she *IS* first and foremost, and *Artist*, and she never ceases to amaze me with her courage is following through on her creative dreams no matter what anyone says about her talents or ability. Unlike so many artists in the world, she does NOT allow ANYONE else to dictate her creative pursuits. Good or bad, she doesn't care...it is the expression that matters to her. It is truly in the *doing* and not the *approval* that matters to her, which is how all artists should approach their work.

Artists can't grow by simply doing what's safe, successful and proven for them. And sometimes you have to make really bad art in order to get to the next place. Pick up a copy of Julia Cameron's The Artists Way someday.

I am an illustrator. I also *love* to play the piano, and I am one of the worst piano players in the world, but it sparks other parts of my creativity and allows me to grow in other ways.

You have to give her credit for not allowing anyone elses opinion to determine where her creativity takes her, and for having the courage to keep putting herself out there like that!

Skin care or makeup line? C'mon. The woman has had major work done.
