Meg Ryan's back (and bigger than ever)

Stand back! Meg Ryan's face looks like it's ready to explode!

Maybe it was the altitude at Sundance?

But here's a still from her film "The Deal," where she looks lovely, if eerily like Nicole Kidman.

Hmmm.

The romantic comedy is being shopped around the indie film festival this week. Meg stars in it with William H. Macy Jr., Felicity Huffman's husband, who also produced and co-wrote the romantic comedy.

Meg in a romantic comedy? Talk about a stretch. Maybe they should call it "When Billy Met Meggie?"

Given the excellent pedigree, the film, set in the movie industry,  should get get some good bids.

About the chemistry between the two stars, director Stephen Shachter compares their banter to that of another famous film sparring partnership,  "Tracey and Hepburn."

Yikes. Don't over-hype yet. Save that soundbite for the theatrical release.
