Why does "Ugly Betty" star Vanessa Williams look like a walking Crayola crayon?

Perhaps, as she told reporters at the Saggies, it's because she let her oldest daughter pick out this painfully bright, retina-scarring yellow Escada gown.

Let's just hope the little tyke is never allowed to do this again. Oh, wait. Her oldest daughter is 21. 

Soo ... um, on the up side, major kudos to Miss V for not looking remotely like she could have a daughter that age.
