Fur Shame on Sharon Stone!
Fendi was a major-major sponsor of amFAR, a charity bash held in Rome this weekend. And as usual, fundraiser Sharon Stone's over-the-top auctioneer antics helped raise a big chunkachange - a reported $1.35 million dollars.
So what's with the Cruella De Ville costume? Sharon's gigantic Fendi fur cloak looks like it might have been made out of an entire pack of some kind of wild (and probably endangered) critter.
Here's the back view to give you a better idea of how lame this wrap is. No one needs this much of anything to stay warm.
Anyway, I don't get it. How can a compassionate woman like Stone blatantly endorse animal suffering and death to raise money to fight the suffering and death caused by AIDS? Am I missing something here? Isn't this like hiring an enormous jet plane to fly you - just you - to a Global Warming Summit?
I just hope that fierce Fendi paycheck was worth her immortal soul. If she still has one. The Death Eaters may have already sucked it out of her.

Sharon point is proven here. 40 million has died of Aids. Mainly women and children. All you can talk about is fur. So, I'll tell you what. Go through your closet and get rid of your leather clothing and shoes. Don't forget that diamond earring and bracelet, for lots of kid have suffered losing limps in order for us to look beautiful. I can go on here! But, why bother. You all are so hypocritical. So, by the way, when last you've given anything to the person next door? Sharon Soul? At least I know she has one, who've done a lot of giving to man kind. Yes, human beings!! There's a difference.
When are people gonna get it?!? Sharon Stone is a MAJOR phony, always has been. Virtually ANYTHING she does, even if it allegedly for charity, has ONE goal in mind: furthering her pathetic career. The ONLY thing she has going for her is the fact that she is so DAMNED attractive.
Wearing fur is no different than eating a cheeseburger buying leather seats for your SUV. So unless you're a vegetarian, don't complain about animal suffering. We consume billions of animals per year. Get over it.

Doubt if she is that conceited or stupid enough to wear real animal fur. Designers use amazingly realistic faux fur these days.

Something is wrong here. Sharon Stone was on the same flight with me back from London and we arrved in LA in the afternoon of 10/27. She cannot possibly be in Rome on 10/28.

The event was Oct 26, Friday night. I don't know about you but for me, every weekend officially begins on Friday night!
