Richard Gere is still outspoken. No lie.

Activist/humanitarian/actor Richard Gere has been busy. Really busy.

He's in two films out this year, "The War Room" and Todd Haynes' upcoming dream-like Bob Dylan homage, "I'm Not There." And "Hoax," his 2006 film about Clifford Irving and Howard Hughes, is out on DVD this week.

He also reunites with his "Unfaithful" co-star Diane Lane in "Nights in Rodanthe," due out in June 2006

Gere talked about big lies, small lies, the American government and The Jon Stewart Show at the Hollywood Awards Monday night, before he won the Actor of the Year honors.
