Who inspired Courtney Love's latest look?

A new and improved (?) Courtney Love appeared at the Marc Jacobs fashion show in New York this week. She's lost a bucket of weight and reportedly had reverse surgery to restore her old nose and her previous smaller lips, although if less lip was the look she was going for, she really shouldn't apply lip gloss with a trowel. The creepy pale-blue Space Alien eyes are new, though. Let's hope they're just contact lenses, and that she hasn't had her irises injected with Windex.
