First, Angelina Jolie. Then Madonna. Now Paris Hilton? Seen here at the Australian Royal North Shore Children's Hospital on Dec 30th, "The Simple Life" star eyes a possible new 2007 fashion accessory. Be forewarned, Paris. Those things get a lot bigger than your old canine carry-on, Tinkerbell.
