Will Bond babe designer appeal to Oscar?

Whoa. Was that a Bond Girl presenting at the American Music Awards?

Nope. That was Screen Actors Guild and Emmy-nominated "Grey's Anatomy" hottie Kate Walsh, shaking and stirring in a sexy turquoise beaded dress by Jenny Packham, the designer who's done drop-dead duds for two Bond babes in "Die Another Day" and the new "Casino Royale."

London-based Packham has been dubbed "the first lady of partywear" by British Vogue. And she's got an impressive fan base that includes Keira Knightley, Nicole Kidman, Mandy Moore, Kate Moss, Mena Suvari, Brittany Murphy, Heidi Klum and Scarlett Johansson.

So don't be surprised if you see some of Packham's party dresses on the upcoming  award season red carpets.

If her gowns are good enough for Bond, they're probably good enough for Oscar.
