Okay, who wore what looks like toilet paper wrapped around her ankles Thursday night?

It was none other than Paris and Nicky's mom, Kathy Hilton, at the Hugo Boss boutique's grand reopening in Beverly Hills.
I'm no genetics expert, so I'm not sure if a missing fashion sense chromosome can affect future generations.
But maybe it's true that "the apples with no taste don't fall far from the tree."

You know....I am a shoe lover, but these are totally out of my league! Where on earth did she find these horrible shoes? One word: Dismissed!
The shoes at least draw attention away from the outfit, which is nigh on inexplicable. Trying to describe it in ten words:
