A week from today, we'll all be buzzing about the previous night's Golden Globe Award winners... who had the best speech, the best dress, and more importantly, who was the most deserving. While I don't personally know any of the 80 plus voting members of the Hollywood Foreign Press, I'm still hearing rumors about which television stars and which shows are virtual shoe-ins for a win. And though the HFPA is generally known to honor more cutting edge and hip recipients than the Emmy voters, many people are saying Mad Men and 30 Rock will take home the top TV prizes, just as they did at the Emmys a few months back.
The end of the year is fast approaching and so it is only appropriate for us to reflect upon the best and worst of small screen past. The moments that I regard with high esteem?
Last Sunday, the third season of Dexter -- one of television's finest dramas -- premiered, and the opener's final scene revealed the secret I've been keeping mum on for months: Rita and Dex have a baby on the way! Executive Producer Clyde Phillips told me the good news back in July when I saw him at Press Tour, trusting that I wouldn't ruin the surprise for y'all. But now that you know, I've got more scoop.

As fervent Moonlight fans prepare the next round of attacks in their war against cancellation -- I'm told supporters have purchased full page ads in the Hollywood Reporter and Variety (scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday respectively) and will march outside Warner Brothers at 2 p.m. on Friday.
