According to Robert Sean Leonard, the two have quite a bit in common.
Pessimistic? Melancholic? Depressed?
I swiped those adjectives from the old donkey's Wikipedia profile and, you know, not 100% sure that's how I'd describe Wilson, but according RSL, tis true.
Perhaps it's all because the poor guy has a new house guest by the name of Gregory.
Yes, Wilson and House will be living together now that the cranky doc's out of captivity and we're talking about it...
