Nickzano Courteney Cox has a new boyfriend, courtesy of "Cougar Town" creator Bill Lawrence.

The freshman comedy has cast Nick Zano ("What I Like About You," "Beverly Hills Chihuahua") to play her first recurring love interest on the show.

Across the hall, Lawrence's 9th year sitcom "Scrubs" has signed actors Michael Mosley and Kerry Bishe to series regular slots.

Mosley is set to play Drew, a 30-something medical student, returning to school after dropping out of Harvard Med a decade ago. Drew will be a reluctant mentor to his young classmates.

Bishe is set to play Lucy, a 22-year-old medical student, the first in her family of fishermen to attend college. Overwhelmed by the pressure from her professors and her parents, she sounds a bit like a blue collar Elliot Reid.

Mosley and Bishe join Dave Franco who landed a regular role in the "Scrubs" classroom late last week.

I liked Bische in Virtuality. Interested in seeing how she does in this show

Loved Nick Zano in "What I Like about you" so I'm looking forward to seeing him back on TV! This will make "Cougar Town" a must see for me!

Can't wait to check out both of these shows...fingers crossed that they will be worth tuning in to each week!

leave it to ABC to pick up NBC shows, the damn network people at ABC can't seem to have a original idea, next thing we know, ABC will rip off NBC's 80's show V

No new name, as promised? If so, when will we hear it?

Why is an article from August being reposted??
