Bravo's "Real Housewives of New York City" received its official third season pick up this morning. The announcement was no surprise, but there was some interesting news...
The network is currently looking for new Manhattan ladies to join the series.
Though none of the current cast members has said they are leaving the show, we have to assume that at least one of the girls is going bye bye, since there are already six regulars and adding to that number would be a tad insane.
I'm guessing Kelly Bensimon is out.
She probably just realized she's "up here" and the show is "down there"...
Production on the third season -- which will premiere in 2010 -- will begin this fall.

I just read that she's the only one that just re-signed for the show and the others haven't.
I hope Britney stays, she really is the star of the show.
It was reported that Kelly already signed and that Alex will be returning also.
The others are holding out for more cash and silly demands for clothing, makeup, etc. as though they are big stars.
Some are rumored to be holding out for guaranteed air time, wonder who that would be? Bethenny the sh*t stirrer turned professional victim?
Hopefully, they will ban them from shoving their crappy products down our throats!
i hear ya Spencer! Bethenny is a little much and Kelly is just a nutjob. and yes, their main specialty does seem to be peddling their crappy junk.
well since kelly ISNT a houseWIFE lets get rid of her and her UP there atitude. Dont like her. Ramona and her googly eyes could go. Alex MUST stay just so we can be appaled at her hubby and kids behaviour. Love Jill. Love Bethany's snarky comments. and can we still call the Countess that or must she be EX Countess?
