Are Dan and Serena rekindling their lust?

I could've sworn "Gossip Girl"'s powers-that-be said Derena was dunzo last season.

But does this photo, just taken on set, indicate otherwise?

As we all know, Blake Lively and Penn Badgley are real-life bf/gf, so maybe this was just an intimate personal moment...

Or maybe it's an attempt by the producers' to drive fans insane...

Dan and Serena are the most boring couple on tv... I like the characters though, so I would like to see them fall for other people.
