Comic-Con 2009, here we come...
In seven days, the ultimate celebration of everything geek-fabulous will hit San Diego and Zap2it will be there to witness it all.
Korbi TV, too.
And it's my first time, friends.
And I'm frightened.
Any advice from Comic-Con vets?
And how about questions for your current Comic-Con obsession?
If you can't make it to the extravaganza this year, but still want to participate, please leave your queries in the comments section below or email them to bbundy@zap2it.com.
We'll try to get answers.
Oh, and if your Qs are Syfy-related, definitely submit them to us, because Zap2it has partnered with the Syfy channel for Comic-Con, which means we'll have an unprecedented level of access to their major players...
So, yes, play along with us. Again, you can email your questions to bbundy@zap2it.com or post them in the comments section below.

Good luck!
I'm going, and I'm slightly terrified. Not just of the really out-there crazies (mostly just the ear-piercing Twilight shriekers) but of the entire size of the event. Mommy.
i'll be at a water park.
So lucky Korbi! Have a great time. One year I would totally pay to go and help you cover that. haha. Can't wait for your coverage!
Good luck and have a blast!!
I have gone the last ten years in a row. The trick is to map out your strategy ahead of time...you CANNOT see every panel you want, the crowds and lines make that impossible. Decide the must sees, then show up at the least popular panel in the same room beforehand and then just squat in those seats for the next several hours. Do not leave unless to use the bathroom, and then tag team with a friend! Most of the best panels end up in the same hall. Get to Comic-Con EARLY..several hours before the doors open. Be ready for ridiculous lines and hot stuffy rooms. Bring your own snacks, water and reading material!
Oh..and if you want to seat hop to the front, start right before the panel ends and run like mad. It's like musical chairs and several butts will try to sit down on a single seat. It's a mad house.
15 year vet here. This will be my first convention as an exhibitor. Come on by table J 06. Crackwood. Feature length comedy set in the old west. Look for our cast in costume roaming the convention floor all day on sat. the 25th. Con advice...soak in as much as possible and drink lots of water.
