Seen the latest Leighton Meester video?
No, not the one where the "Gossip Girl" star apparently takes footsie too far. Meester's in a new video for Cobra Starship, the band made famous for its theme to cinematic gem "Snakes on a Plane." This time, it's "Good Girls Go Bad," an orange-drenched look at the world of underground craps that manages to look an awful lot like those "Gossip Girl" OMG promotions.
More surprisingly, Meester sings during the video... and she ain't half bad. Sure, it's difficult to tell these days which voices are overproduced, but Leighton sounds as good as most of the pop princesses currently on the radio.

Oh and if Margaret Cho can sound good after good production, then anyone can (see "I Cho Am A Woman". Don't be too impressed.
why is it so hard to believe that she can sing well? (which she can.) most of y'all probably could too, if u would practice. a lot of ppl can sing well enough, it's not that big of a deal folks.
At the very least this explains why she played a "virginal" popstar on Entourage .
