Is Brian Austin Green moving to 'One Tree Hill'?
Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton: Out. The Notorious B.A.G.: In.
With the characters of Lucas and Peyton now off "One Tree Hill," the writers have dreamed up a few fresh series regular roles, one of which may soon belong to our boy David Silver (aka Brian Austin Green).
According to The Hollywood Reporter Green is in advanced talks to play Nathan's brash sports agent, close pal, business partner and advisor.
I love me some David Silver, so I'm down with this idea... except that it would probably mean his role in "Body Politic" would have to be recast should it get picked up for midseason.

He was good in Termnator but he shouldn't go back to a teen/young adult drama & not to one where there's go to be a lot of backlash for the way they treated their most popular stars.
That would also rule out a guest starring role on 90210 too, wouldn't it?
It would be a loss for Body Politic if I thought the CW was smart enough to pick it up, but I'd be really surprised, so that's more of a moot point.
I do wonder why BAG wants to join a show that is already heading down hill though? You'd think he'd have a ton of better offers after the drastic improvement Derek Reese made to T: SCC.
did he used to date megan fox? I feel like I have seen her tweet about it.
You're really beating a DEAD horse, Korbi. Can you tell us where you're getting even an *inkling* of hope that Body Politic will be picked up? I mean, it wasn't even REFERRED to or asked about at the Upfronts. So why are you still dangling this carrot in front of your readers?
B.A.G., by the way, is losing his looks. He needs to take any role offered to him these days. And yes, that includes a guest-role on 90210. Why is he being so stubborn? The CW should make it a contract stipulation for getting the regular role on OTH: You are obligated to at least 3-4 appearances in Beverly Hills. Dude, consider your fanbase for once.
BIG big mistake. The guy just got his credibility back with Sarah Conner. Now he's gonna go back to teen soap land? Whoever is advising this guy needs to lose their job.
Say it ain't so! Noooo!!! BAG needs to stay the hell away from any melodramatic teeny bopper night-time soap. I'd rather see him do a CSI spin-off than a 90210-retread, and that's saying a lot coming from me since I'm tired of the forensic science cop shows. Why, oh why, couldn't he have been cast on the new NSCI show with LL Cool J?? That would've been fun.
And @Smithers about BAG "losing his looks"...what exactly are YOU smoking??? BAG has gotten better looking with age and he's only like 34!!!
"...just got his credibility back...?" What, had he lost it somewhere? Geez, what's with you people. There are like a million actors trying to get a hundred roles on primetime TV (you know, a paying job!)...and you idiots are worrying about the guy "losing his credibility?" What do YOU do for a living, BTW? Garbage collector?
I agree with Smithers..."Body Politic" is likely DOA and never to see the light of day.
That likewise DOA "Gossip Girl" spin-off has a better chance of being resurrected than "Politic" does.
i agree with most comments here, think BAG going to OTH is a step in the wrong direction for him (it's going backward). why get on a sinking ship?
btw, he's gotten better looking with age, for sure...he was pretty hot on TSCC.
