POLL: Should House & Cuddy be getting it on? Or you pullin' for Cameron?

It's been an interesting season for "House," no? Kutner killed himself, Chase and Cameron got engaged, Foreteen was born, Cuddy finally became a mom, poor Wilson dealt with the death of Amber, the big dog started seeing dead people...

And the promos for tonight's second-to-last hour, which show House and Cuddy ripping each other's clothes off, indicate that there's more controversy to come.

Lisa Edelstein (Cuddy) who did a conference call on Friday, essentially to talk about the sex scene, called it "pretty hot," conveying that there's no lack of spark between her character and Hugh Laurie's House. "I think that the rest of the staff is pretty much waiting for them to get together," Edelstein mused. "I don't think [their attraction is] a secret. Sometimes when people have chemistry with each other, it's just so obvious. It's not like [House] doesn't talk about it. He's constantly referring to her body and teasing her in front of everybody else. It's like schoolyard banter. He might as well be chasing her and pulling her braids."

Of course, now that House has been seeing the very dead Amber alive and well, some fans are worried that the Huddy sex we've been promised is just another hallucination. Though Lisa admitted that anything is a possibility, she also said House and Cuddy's hookup will change their dynamic in the finale. That probably means it's actually happening, right?
