Twitter'Dollhouse': Is it dead or not? The actors tweet to save series
The FOX upfronts are fast approaching, so it won't be long before we know whether "Dollhouse" will return in the fall. The official announcement is expected Monday but in the meantime, the show's stars are rallying the troops via Twitter.
Encouraging viewers to contact FOX's Entertainment Chairman Peter Rice last Saturday, Eliza Dushku (Echo) also tweeted Tuesday saying, "DOLLHOUSE talk's are goin' on~ it'd be an extravaganza bonanza to return 4 rnd 2!"
Miracle Laurie (Mellie/November) told fans via Twitter to flood FOX's viewer feedback line and they apparently listened, reportedly crashing the voicemail yesterday.
Dichen Lachman (Sierra) used her Twitter account to urge fans to tweet FOX with their renewal pleas.
Think their efforts will make a difference?

UPDATE: According to Variety, FOX is on the verge of renewing "Dollhouse" for a 13-episode sophomore season.

As far as I know, Tahmoh is NOT on twitter.
I want it to come back I got in half way through and fell in love with the series, I have never fought for a series before but I will for this one!
I really hope that between THEIR efforts and the fans efforts that Dollhouse IS picked up for a 2nd season. Even 13 great eps is fine with me. (I'm loyal, for years now, to several cable shows that only 13-16 eps a season)
I'm done with it.
I would really like to see it come back!! :)
...oh Tahmoh Penikett...another Canadian hottie...not as sexy as some other hot Canadian t.v. stars who have worked in the Whendoverse but still...
It took too long to get going which is hard to understand considering the retooling they had to do to the pilot. Eliza only works in certain roles. And, how much more can they really do with these weekly ***ignments? Had Echo and hot FBI man left the dollhouse and worked against it from the outside, I would have found it a little more interesting but these dumb*** ***ignments are getting old.
Would that be older than Dancing with the Stars, or older than America's Next Top Model, or maybe America's Funniest Home Videos?

Dumb*** ***ignments are way better than anything else likely to float to the surface. Plus, Whedon shows get better over time! Think of it as white wine for TV...
