'Dancing with the Stars'' Gilles Marini to join 'Brothers & Sisters'

Someone at "Brothers & Sisters" is a "Dancing with the Stars" fan. More specifically, a fan of hot foreign dudes who do "Dancing with the Stars"...

Former "DWTS" contestant Cristian de la Fuente guest starred on "B&S" as Sarah Walker's one-night-only lover just a few back, and tonight, current "DWTS" finalist Gilles Marini revealed that he will be joining "Brothers & Sisters" next season.

The "Sex and the City" film star told OK! magazine that his role is still a secret and that he's not sure how many episodes he'll be sticking around for, but that it's going to be very interesting and like, "Oh, my God."

Ughhh. Such a tease.

What do you think? Nora's new love interest? I hear the French aren't all uptight about age like us Americans...

oh! That would be Very Interesting. I say Gilles will be an investor/buyer for the "family business" and mixes up with everyone!

I dont care what he does, Im watching!!!!!! the 1st dance he performed, at the end, an involuntary sigh came out of my mouth..lol how hot can a guy be? and he speaks french!!! holy moly!

Not sure how Gilles would fit into the B & S's universe - do you all get what I am saying? He would be such an anomaly - way too much like stunt casting to capitalize on his DWTS popularity and his obvious "hotness." B & S did capitalize on Christian de La Fuente's hotness when they cast him as this sexy temp Accountant at Ojai but they also redeemed him a bit by making him a volunteer fireman also. Christian worked out ok on B & S. Please don't get me wrong, I want nothing but a good role for him that is equal in stature to him, his talents, and what he brings is that "X-factor" quality. He would be awesome in a Soap and I know he would just tear it up on theater screens if he finds the right vehicle (again). There's a lot of depth to him that goes way beyond the physical. I could actually see him being a best actor Golden Globe and/or Oscar contender. He's going to win that mirror ball trophy - no doubt.

Actually I think it was Cristian Delfunte that played her one-night stand... I think he was on Dancing With the Stars though.

I hope it isn't a horrible stunt like that awful, slutty character de la Fuente played. That was embarr***ing to watch Sarah make a fool of herself over some strange guy she had just met, and even ickier, to have office sex with him. It's just creepy and disgusting to have sex with someone you've known just a day or two. EWWWW. It devalued Sarah as a character and de la Fuente's character was gross to do that, too.

Maybe they'll pair Marini with Rachel but hopefully not in that sort of icky, skeevy manner.

Meh...this neither excites nor disappoints me...as long as we get more of all of our FAVOURITE Walkers I'm happy...ok, and if they could somehow bring back Matt Letscher I'd be even happier!!!
