TwitterFirst look '90210' photos of Donna (Tori Spelling) and Diablo
Our girl Donna Martin (Tori Spelling) isn't returning to "90210" until April 14, but we know what her first episode is about and have the pictures to prove it.
In "Okaeri, Donna!" Ms. Martin will return from Japan and head straight for Kelly and Silver's house.
What I've heard -- and what I told you way back when -- is that Donna's excuse to come back is Silver's hospitalization for bipolar disorder. Word is, she returns without David because he's stuck in Japan, his work is there, he wants to stay there ... but Donna is unhappy and wants to move back home. She contemplates opening a store in Beverly Hills, but would that exacerbate their marital problems...?
Meanwhile, the new West Beverly kids go on Spring Break. Annie and Dixon take a road trip while Ethan, Liam and Naomi volunteer with Habitat for Humanity.
Then, as if she didn't have enough of the real thing during her travels, Kelly and Donna hit a sushi restaurant where writer and self-confessed "Beverly Hills, 90210" fan Diablo Cody (guest starring as herself) will convince Donna to design her a dress for an upcoming Hollywood shindig.
What do you think? Can Donna Martin cure what ails "90210"? Are you more or less excited to see her than Kelly and Brenda? Can anything really be the same without David Silver around?

Honestly, I am more concerned with what's going on with Kelly and Brenda than any of the other characters on the show (and it's not an "old people" thing, I'm 19).
I am excited to see Donna back (Tori is looking good in those pictures).
Annie annoys me, every two seconds she has that scrunched up look on her face.

Agree with the above poster. Shenae Grimes CANNOT act. Everytime Aimee Teegarden is on screen I keep thinking how much better the show would be if she had been cast as Annie (FNL notwithstanding.) I wish they'd write Annie out!
Get rid of Annie. Not Ethan, though couldn't really be bothered with him either. I like that Tori came back, she's lookin good! Only really gave 90210 a go cause of the bev hills cast popping up in episodes. I like Silver, Adrianna, Navid and Dixon, but I couldn't give a hoot about Annie, Naomi or Ethan. Rebecca Rand Kirshner - take note please!!
I keep saying that if they're killing off characters that Annie instead of Ethan should be the one to go.
Also, as someone who watched the original 90210 starting from the beginning when I was a junior in college in 1990 I am much more interested in Kelly-Ryan-Brenda-Donna than most of the kids (the exception being Adrianna-Navid and Naomi-Liam).
Honestly I could do without the whole Wilson family (the parents are okay, but I don't care at all for Annie or really Dixon all that much) and Silver is turning into a complete nutcase. I could really do without her too. It looks like they are trying to turn her into another Emily Valentine.
I also like Ethan with Rhonda. The only problem is Aimee Teegarden isn't really available (which is actually that's good news for since I watch FNL which has just been renewed for 2 seasons - whoo-hoo!!).
It's really a shame when t=the teacher is more interesting than his students are

Oh my God, I want Brian Austin Green back, he'll probably come back after Terminator is canceled, I really want to see how their love story continues, I feel like I'm 12 again, I'm 26.
I'm happy that Donna is back, but I really hope they don't "end" Donna and David's marriage! The original series spent 10 years FINALLY getting them together and I will not be happy if they break them up now! And they really need to bring David back, even if it is only a few episodes - he should come to fight for his marriage :)
