Since I just peeped tonight's two-hour premiere of Bones, I thought I'd give you hardcore fans a little preview of what's in store tonight. As I'm sure you already know, Booth and Brennan are headed to jolly old England where they unexpectedly find themselves embroiled in, not one, but two murder investigations. Of course there is the usual sexual tension between the partners, in addition to the sexual tension they each find with their English counterparts who just happen to be attractive members of the opposite sex. But nobody's, um, boning (sorry, I had to) in this ep. Nobody in England, anyway...

Yes, that's right. A Jeffersonian employee whom we know well will sleep with someone unexpected tonight, and the situation will indeed cause the shocking break up of you-know-who, which I first reported last week.

What else? We'll of course be meeting Angela's long lost husband, Birimbau, who may or may not sign divorce papers for her. And, well, that pathetic (and sort of hilarious) brawl between him and a very jealous Hodgins, which I told you about a while back, will take place tonight.

And that's really all I can spill. Oh, and a fun fact for you, Eugene Byrd who plays Clark Edison, the squint that is sort of filling in for Zach in tonight's ep, is -- funny enough for a big 9-0 fan like moi -- a Beverly Hills, 90210 alum. Remember the season two episode where Brandon befriends a black family that includes Vivica Fox as Sherice Ashe and her brother, Ronny, a freshman photographer who volunteers to work at The Blaze? Um, Ronny is totally Clark Edison aka. Eugene Byrd! I don't know why, but that just makes me happy...

I love this show, it's the only must-see show that I have. I've been counting down the days till this premiere and I'm glad it's finally here!

dissapointed with the season premiere.. what about Boothe getting shot last season?? No mention of that?? Did it happen??? or did we all dream it?? I hate when shows do this..if I didn't like the chemistry between Boothe and Brennan I would stop watching it!!

I was disappointed too. I thought there would be more romantic moments between BB. The only part I liked was when Pritchard told Brennan she should 'climb her own Mount Everest'. Aside from that, I thought they wasted a good opportunity to advance BB's relationship a little further; seeing how Pritchard missed Ian should have made BB appreciate each other even more. Hopefully things will progress more in the coming episodes. Sad about Hodgela though....

I too was hoping for a bit more between Brennan and Booth. Although I did like Booth explaining that "All English men aren't special. You are."

What I was really disappointed in though was only the one passing mention of Zack. And even that was only by Brennan. I would've liked to see the squints having to learn how to work a case without him for the first time. But instead it was just business as usual back in the lab.

Overall I liked the episode, but it was far from the series best.
