They are not really that good. They both feature the same 2 seconds of Doherty saying miss me, and it is not even that good of acting! The first has promise if they should her doing something just as interesting as the old clips.

Stupid headlines like the one you just used is exactly why critics are not getting advance copies of the show. It's too easy to take potshots at every move they're trying to make. Bottom line: There are far too many people writing far too much garbage on the 'net, because they're just starved for scoop, and the more scandalous or negative they can make it, the better. Sadly, TV critics and bloggers are cannibalizing the very industry that justifies their existence.

They are pretty cheap looking first of all. Old clips of Shannen from the original mixed in with nanoseconds of her from this new version, then she pops up in what looks like the executive producer's office or a conference room where they filmed her saying "miss me?" She should have looked fiercer, emerging from behind a door or in front of West Beverly High, bitchily saying that line. Her reading is so flat. So far, disappointment, CW!

I think you dimwits missed Brett's point. Of course we see that Korbi is excited about Shannen's return. But many idiots never get past reading a headline, and when it tends to cast a show in a negative or desperate light ("really milking"), then it does the show a disservice. I mean, are we now dissecting :10 promos and two word lines like "Miss me?" That's a little overboard.
