TwitterExclusive: 'Scrubs' Hires Another New Intern, 'Smallville's' Lee Thompson Young
Chatting with creator and executive producer Bill Lawrence today, I learned that actors Aziz Ansari, Betsy Beutler and Eliza Coupe aren't going to be the only new kids on the Sacred Heart block this season.
Lee Thompson Young (photo, left), whose adorable face you might recognize as Cyborg from Smallville, a guest spot on Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles and the 2004 Friday Night Lights film, is joining the team as a young surgical intern whom Turk will mentor.

He was so charming as Jett, it just sucks a girl in. I was hoping he would return to Smallville next season as Cyborg, since Green Arrow is returning, but Scrubs sounds good.
THANK YOU Ladies. I saw his picture and couldnt figure out where I knew him from. I read the article and I don't watch any of those shows so that didin't help. But Jett Jackson, thats exactly right. I used to love that show... (even though I was probably a little old for it even then)
So Aziz Ansari is going to be a regular on Scrubs? Wasn't he just announced as starring in the Office spinoff? Can't do both can he?

Yes you did. Scrubs ended on NBC, but will now air for at least one more season on ABC.
I had never watched Scrubs! Now, with Lee Thompson Young, I really will!
I loved the Famous Jett Jackson. I used to watch that and Even Stevens every day when I got out of shcool
