I know, I know, it's been quite some time since we hung out with Dirty Sexy Money's Darling clan, and we've still got a ways to go before we see them again, since the show won't return to ABC's schedule before Fall. However, the writers, cast and crew are currently hard at work on upcoming episodes and have been spotted shooting a pivotal scene today.

In case you forgot, the drama's first season mystery revolves around the strange death of Nick George's dad, Dutch, who worked as the Darling's personal attorney for decades. It was recently discovered that Dutch was having a secret love affair with Darling matriarch Letitia for most of that time and even fathered one of her children. L.D.'s love for Dutch seemed to run deep...

So you may be surprised to hear that Jill Clayburgh (photo, left), who plays Letitia Darling, has been seen, surrounded by reporters, exiting a city courthouse in a frenzy. Yes, sources tell me that according to the State of New York, she is now the leading suspect in Dutch's death. She will be arrested for his murder and most likely go to trial this September. The twist? I'm told Nick is on the defendant's side and may even consider replacing her current counsel to represent her in court.

I am thinking she would believe one of her kids did it and is taking the fall for them. She seems the type to feel guilty about the whole situation and therefore would take the fall for it.
