By the end of Thursday's 30 Rock finale, Liz Lemon will be on the road to motherhood. But is there really a bun in L.L.'s oven? -- No, not the one she uses to warm her pants in the morning! What I mean is, does she actually have a baby growing in her tummy, as this week's previews would lead us to believe?

Well, truth be told, I know the answer. But I ain't blabbin' because my obsession with all things Tina Fey (photo, left) is a pretty serious thing, and if she got pissed at me, I'd probably start crying. Okay, definitely.

However, I will share that if Sabor de Soledad's biggest fan is indeed pregnant, the progeny will not be a product of last week's visit from Floyd. No, the potential baby daddy's name starts with the letter '"D".

Well judging by the guest starts it seems pretty obvious who the alleged baby daddy is, but you know there's going to be a twist with a show this smart.

If you haven't seen the press release for whose guest starting, I won't ruin it. But I will say that the actors fist name starts with a D as well as his character...
