Smallville
'Smallville': The Wedding Of Doom
It’s the Smallville event of the year: the much anticipated wedding of Chloe Sullivan and Jimmy Olsen. You are cordially invited to the Kent farm where love is in the air. With long lost friends and unexpected villains making cameo appearances, it’s more than worth the price of a dinette set from the registry.
'Smallville': Forgetting Clark Kent
Amnesia storylines are usually the kiss of death in any genre except for soaps. Smallville successfully walks that fine line, all while staying true to the story, advancing the plot and NOT becoming corny as all get out. If only the same could be said about other plot lines…
'Smallville': Mommie Dearest
Smallville is really taking the time to build up the back stories of all the major players this season. Thanks to a returning Kara, we get to explore the Davis family tree. Doomsday has never looked so good!
'Smallville': Context Clues
In Smallville’s eight years, the circle of people who are aware of what Clark really is has remained relatively small. Turns out that Jimmy Olsen of all people could be the one to really blow his cover, thereby forcing Clark to put on his big boy pants in public far sooner than he wants. Dude, you can’t stay anonymous forever. Right?
'Smallville': The Devil and Davis the Paramedic
Clark’s need to save the world every second of the day takes its toll on most of Smallville’s featured players, except for Lois who must be on special assignment. I love Erica Durance and all, but experiencing this week’s story without her presence made the story flow all the better.
'Smallville': Moment Of Truth
Have we finally found Smallville’s new adventure for Lois and Clark? Love has never really worked in our young Superman’s favor, (see also: Lana), but who’s to say an admission of love by Lois under duress can’t work in his favor? I’m just throwing it out there as a possibility.
'Smallville': Kiss Me Deadly
If there’s one thing Smallville did for me tonight, it helped me to realize that men are pigs, women really are ruled by emotions and that I wish Charlotte Sullivan (or any of the ladies) would email me their phone numbers. It would definitely make for a better use of my free time.
'Smallville': Hot in Herre
Because prime-time simply does not have nearly enough men without shirts these days, Smallville takes the opportunity to uncover a sweaty Justin Hartley in the jungle! Is it hot enough for you yet?
'Smallville': Boom Goes The Dynamite Girl
It seemed last week’s season premiere of Smallville tried too hard to squeeze everything into its allotted time. The pacing returned to a much more tolerable level this week while retaining a healthy diet of explosions, plot twists and somewhat stilted dialogue.
PremiereWatch: 'Smallville'
And we’re back. As the most senior show on the most junior network, Smallville returns to razzle dazzle and stimulate the senses. Or something like that. The writers and producers have explained the eighth season will allow them to "reinvigorate and reinvent the show." Only time will tell if The CW will grace our presence with a stunning ninth season.
