Premierewatch: 'Saving Grace' gets complicated

Saving Grace returns, and it's just as heartbreaking, triumphant, revelatory and horrifying as I remembered. I was alternately squicked out and fascinated during the episode. This is seriously messed-up, seriously brilliant television.

Saving Grace may have had one of the gutsiest season finales since the Sopranos cut to black. We learned a lot, and it wrung every ounce of emotion out of the characters and situations, but we still don't know where Grace's journey actually ends up.

There's a whole host of things wrong with our heroine on Saving Grace, but she does get one thing right -- there is an upside to having absolutely no shame.

News flash: Grace spends much of this episode of Saving Grace not sleeping with a guy she's interested in. I know! I was shocked, too!

It was all about acts of God this week on the return of Saving Grace -- even  more so than usual. I have decided that TNT is trying to break me.
