I'm on pins and needles about who is going to be crowned the winner of America's Got Talent. I sincerely wish they conducted tonight like the Top 5 of the Miss America pageant. Bring them out, make them hold hands, announce the 4th runner-up, hand Neal E. Boyd, Opera Singer his bouquet of roses and then shuttle him offstage while he cries. Repeat. Wouldn't that be awesome?

I hope you aren't expecting a recap of President Bush's address. I'm way too excited about the Top 5 on America's Got Talent to pay much attention to him; he sort of sounded like the teacher from Charlie Brown to me. Who do you think will win it all guys? I'm rooting for Nuttin' but Stringz, but let's see how the performances go. Jerry welcomes us and we get a recap of how each of the Top 5 made it there. The plinky-plunky strains of dreams and hope play. Doesn't it just tug at your heartstrings?

Tonight on America's Got Talent we will see the second group of semi-finalists and then tomorrow there is a special 30-minute results show so that we'll know the Top 10. Tonight on America's Got Talent we first will learn which of the last group of 10 is going home from last week. My initial picks last week, before seeing the performances, were Flambeaux, Kaitlyn, the Tapping Dads, Eli Mattson and Nuttin but Stringz. I should end up 4-1. Let's see how I do...

Last night's offering on America's Got Talent was pretty weak, if you ask me. There were a few awesome ones and then a big pile of steaming crap. I hope that the awesome ones make it through. I also hope tonight has some better acts for us. Join me, won't you, to find out who from last night is going home.

I'm anxious to find out who was kicked out last week. I'm only 3-2 so far in my predictions, so I'm curious as to how I do. In the intro, we get clips from last week and I just don't need to see more shots of the crying street-fighting girl. Sad! Just to recap, my picks were Beyond Belief, Kazual, ZOOperstars, Daniel the Soldier and Queen Emily.

Welcome back to America's Got Talent with elimination/performance night. I'm not entirely sure how this is going to work, but I'm excited nonetheless. I hope my favorite acts from last night stick around, but I didn't cast any votes so I guess I can't be too mad if they are sent home. As long as Ronny B, Britney Spears and the DC Cowboys are all eliminated, I'll be reasonably okay with any combo of five out of the remaining eight acts.
