'Big Brother 11' Jessie is a beautiful butterfly

Ronnie_bigbrother11_290 Last time we checked on the 'Big Brother 11' house, we were saying good-bye to Laura, leaving Jordan as the last standing member of the Popular clique. With Jessie as HoH, will he eliminate that clique altogether?

Russell wants the focus of the HG's to stay on Ronnie and not on him, which is interesting since he has a secret deal with Ronnie. I am not certain what that deal entails, since we only see a brief clip titled "29 hours earlier" that shows Russell apologizing for being a jerk and saying it was all a show for the house. So what does Ronnie get out of this secret deal with Russell? Casey stands by the opinion that if Jessie doesn't get rid of Ronnie, he will be putting another target on his back in addition to him having BB experience and being a strong competitor. When will the house turn on Jessie?

Kevin also wants Ronnie gone, but when he sees Ronnie mouth "thank god" to himself when Jessie wins HoH, he realizes that Ronnie's alliance may save him yet. And that may not be far off as Russell and Natalie plot against Casey instead of Ronnie. Natalie seems to think that she has Jessie wrapped around her finger, saying that he puts a lot of weight in her words. Apparently she didn't watch last season at all. Jessie does what's best for Jessie - as really every player should for the most part. All the same, she's so confident that she tells Ronnie to socialize with the house, because he's "good". Implying that he's safe.

The HoH room reveal shows us that Jessie had a cowlick as a kid and has a motorcycle. Oh, and both Lydia and Natalie are mental because they both want a showmance with him.  Natalie threatens to steal a t-shirt form him and Lydia shoots her dagger-eyes. Later, Lydia attempts to get Jessie to kiss her, which he doesn't do. But when she gets up to get a drink and returns to find Natalie sprawled across his lap getting a massage - the war is on. By the end of the episode, they've each declared to Jessie that they are mortal enemies and want nothing to do with the other. There goes all their ability to play the game. And it's all over Jessie. Seriously? I don't believe Jessie's claim about being a butterfly for a second and neither should they.

The H/HN Competition has each clique electing a  member to participate, coming down to Chima, Kevin and Jordan. The object is to toss giant styrofoam "ice cubes" into the 50 gallon drum/cup of the other team. The team with the most cubes are the Have-Nots. Despite Jordan getting more than a couple cubes into her own cup, Kevin's persistent targeting of the Brains prevails. As they re-enter the house, their menu for the week is revealed: cabbage and hot dog weenies. Which is likely easier to eat than slop.

The Nomination Ceremony is brief and somewhat surprising, as Jessie has been playing this round close to the vest. In the end, he nominates Jordan and Michele with a simple closing speech of "That's it" by way of explanation. Is that it or is Jessie really going to back door Ronnie? Or someone else entirely? Which HG would you most like to see gone?

Okay, Jessie is such an *** but such an entertaining ***! I loved the convo he had with Lydia on the hammock where she was trying to tell him something meaningful and he was SO OBVIOUSLY not listening and interrupting her. What a prince.

damn, my girl Michele is on the block! but anyway her game was so lame, i thought she could do better than that...i mean she can't convincingly promise one week of safety? she probably wouldn't have won HOH anyway (and she certainly won't if she's voted out. duh!)...but don't want her or Jordan to go.

Ronnie is a jerk but he can be very entertaining sometimes!

Like the little rift forming between Natalie and Lydia. Natalie almost makes my eyes and ears hurt (and not in a good way).

finally, who needs slop and cold showers when you have Jessie talking in a cringeworthy southern accent?! talk about hurting my ears--yikes!!

this season is almost over for me...big brother better find a way to keep someone likable in the house...once jordan casey and jeff leave i dont think it is watchable anymore...this is the most horrible group since the nerd herd...what is even more horrible is only one good guy will make it to jury if jeff or jordan do not get hoh next week...it is really starting to look like jessie could win this thing...i dont think anyone will put him up...they only ppl the would cant because they are on him team and the other are to scared...i only really wanted jeff or casey to win...a season has never been this one sided before...american needs to bring someone back...:'(

Anyone out there who thinks Jesse is interested in any girl (let alone one in the BB house) is sorely mistaken. The only person Jesse cares for is Billybob!

His southern accent was annoying and cringe-worthy. The rest of house better wake up and start picking off these so-called "Athletes" (except Jeff) before it's too late. I would start with Natalie and then work my way through Russell.

Ronnie is not a threat yet because so many in the house hate him. He may be the one to take to the finals. But be careful because he was a debate champion (or something like that). He just might take the half-million dollars.

Unless Jordan wins HoH this week, she may be going home.

Peace.

the comments are fewer after each week...after team jeff is all gone no1 will comment anymore

I think everyone is still stunned about Jessie being involved in a "love triangle". It's like a trifecta of disgust, really.

Trifecta of disgust. Ha! I'm so stealing that, Jessica. ;)

my thoughts exactly, JVice. I watched most of the episode thinking.."dont they know jessie doesnt like girls?"

i wonder how far into the season we go before the cliques are broken up and the rule about not nominating from your clique gets dropped....because i suspect jesse is going to get annoyed with natalie pretty quickly.

I think the only important thing here is that Russell is HOT

These are the dumbest, most uncaring, group of self-centered idiots i have ever seen. you brought jessie back and he is a narcisse, a and he is "nothing to nobody". i am not watching the show anymore this season because i am hopeful that people are not this mean and cruel to others. The food thing is also mean and not fun or funny. j. m.
