Jenniferlovehewitt_ghostwhisperer_240_012 Previously on "Ghost Whisperer," Jim came back to Melinda via a rebirth from the sewer. He now doesn't really remember anything since the gunshot.

The Mystery of the Week this week revolves around Clarissa Darling Hannah Montana Hillary Duff. She plays a woman named Morgan who is being haunted by a creepy dude named Rick Hartman. He was a pencil-pushing neat-freak who found out he was dying and went all last-day-on-Earth crazy, complete with Bucket List. He died sky-diving in Mexico. The last item on the list? Morgan. Just "Morgan." As in "to do?" But Morgan doesn't have any idea who the guy is.

However, it turns out Morgan and Rick were going to a Cancer Support Group together. It's how they met. Just like Tyler Durden and Marla Singer. Hmmm. Rick's ghost is back and mad because Morgan isn't doing anything to save her life. I smell a rat, guys. Eli and Melinda talk to her but Morgan says she's given up except for an experimental, expensive treatment but she doesn't have the money and says she won't ask her family and is just going to continue on with dying.

Melinda and Eli find out she actually *has* no family but was previously married twice. And both husbands died and left her a ton of money. She's a praying mantis! Melinda says, "Black widow," but I like praying mantis.

Rick finds out what Morgan really is and goes after her, too late to find out from Melinda and Eli that Morgan donated all the money she inherited from her victims to charity. The Scooby Duo tracks Morgan down on the roof of her building where Rick has knocked her off and she clings to a pipe. They manage to save her and explain to her that Rick wants to punish her.

Morgan explains that she took his money but it was different this time because Rick really cared for her. Melinda dons her Psychologist Hat and traces it back to Morgan's dead parents. She then figures out the ghost committed suicide by packing his chute wrong (hey, that was on CSI last night!). He made it look like an accident so Morgan could get the insurance money.

It's all very schmoopy and doesn't get me like the Ghost Whisperer stories usually do. I mean, you're always going to have the schmoopy cheese but usually they get at my cold, black heart anyway. Not this week though. Oh, and...

In JimLand, Jim walks around trying to regain his old life but no one knows who he is. It's boring and kind-of pointless. What it boils down to is that Sam has Gen Ed credits so Jim can use those to get started on going to Med School.

Seriously, JK/Eli needs to leave GW. Or just give him like 2 scenes, not 90% of screen time with JLH/Mel. We waited a whole month to just watch 2 scenes of Mel and Jim together! That's not right! Even if JLH and JK are dating off screen (ewww) doesn't mean he gets a full hour's worth of screen time. The ratings are gonna drop and continue to drop if you keep showing only Mel and Eli together ghost hunting and not the heart and soul of the show Mel and Jim. Jim came back to be with Mel but CBS isn't showing us that! Didn't the Producers say they wanted to give David and Jennifer more screen time, well where is it????????? Were waiting....

I thought that was a super weak episode. If Hillary Duff cried a single actual tear, it might have pulled me in to the story a little bit more. I enjoyed JK a bit last night, but he got WAY too much screen time; especially when Jam got next to nothing. Weak, weak, weak...

I realized how stupid this ep was when they discovered painkillers and anti-nausea drugs in the dead guy's cupboard and decided he had end-stage cancer because those were things prescribed for chemo patients. Uh, I had the strongest chemo possible and never got/needed either of those prescribed. However, I have gotten painkillers and anti-nauseals for migraines, kidney stones, and a severe ear infection! Wouldn't have been bad if they'd suggested he might have cancer and then investigated that; no, they instantly knew he not only had cancer, but end-stage. Idiotic.

In the previews I saw, Jam (LOVE THAT!) and Mel were in a doctor's office and a nurse is asking if she thinks she might be pregnant. Did I miss that part?

Otherwise Im with the rest of you, I was waiting for this HUGE Mel and Jim reunion, and got nothing but them sitting on the couch in front of the fire. Seriously, what do you do when youre reunited with your soulmate who died? You slow dance, and you touch, and kiss, and take a bath together, and you get drunk and lay naked in bed together. You dont want to let go! Right? OK, so Ive never been reunited with my soulmate who has died, but come on! Dont you do some kind of celebrating?!?!?!? Wouldnt Jim want to find out if Sam's 'twigs and berries' were working????

Hey Cari! Nice to see you here. I agree with Cari.

That scene of Mel and Jim in the hospital is in 4.20 Stage Fright. Because that Dr lady's real name is Fay Hauser and her name is in the 4.20 Press Release. That promo last week said bigger events still to come so they showed a few quick events for the upcoming final four episodes of Season 4

After not watching for the last few weeks, thought I should tune in to see if Jim was back. I am quite disappointed. The only way it will work for me is if Jim and Melinda move away where no one knows them. This is the only way that I can see that Jim can be happy. I will check this site weekly to find out if my wish comes true.

Since JLH IS one of the producers, I ***ume she's pushing to have her boyfriend get as many scenes as possible.

Sad, but...

Hopefully JLH doesn't have David Conrad written-off to a very bit part via med school, and the HORRIBLE JK getting bigger part

I keep watching the show and it gets dumber and dumber. Melinda can't wait for her husband to come back to her and in every episode, she runs away just as things heat up. Instead of heating up, the showing is going downhill. Either something happens so or else........

Besides, I don;'t like the new Kennedy guy.
