'Big Brother: 'Til Death Do You Part' Count the delusions
As season 9 dwindles for Big Brother: 'Til Death Do You Part, the house is getting more devious. Unfortunately, they aren't getting any less irritating. Just better at lying to each other.
Review time! The house is against Natalie, because she is the personification of annoying. However, everyone is telling her that she's safe and that Sharon is their target. Because Sharon is such a threat to everyone. Yeah, it makes perfect sense!
Natalie, delusional little chipmunk that she is, has given up counting miscellaneous objects to concentrate on telling Adam that she is going to win the PoV and take him off the block. This is likely due largely in part to the fact that Adam is acting like a 9 year old who's mom won't buy him a lightsaber. Namely, entitled, pouting and bitter. All this is despite the fact that literally everyone in the house is assuring him that they are not after him. And sure, that could be a plot...but it would have to mean that the entire house were already unanimous, because every other time there's been at least one person who squeals when the house is about to give someone a raw deal.
The weird juxtaposition to this is Shelia, who I think must have a personality disorder of some sort. She started to reveal her grand strategy Sunday, when she camertalked that she was going to do whatever she could to save Adam, even if it meant putting him on the block and forcing him to take himself off. Which seems to take the term "tough love" to new extremes. Tonight she took it further, by confessionaling that when she is with the girls, she makes it a point to bash Adam as much as she can, to obfuscate the fact that she is aligned with him. Does he even know that she is aligned with him?
The one thing the house does seem to agree on is the fact that Natalie is tiresome, what with her counting, bible versing, and lying. I keep waiting for someone to mention the horrific argyle socks, and since no one does I wonder if I am the only some who finds them maddening. This isn't an Andre 3000 video, so take them off. Adam calls her a false prophet and starts quoting a bible passage, which seems to me like the wrong way to criticize someone for quoting the bible, but that's just me. I also wouldn't call children with autism "retards". Has to do with this thing called "ethics". Crazy, I know.
Also crazy is the silent announcement via television screen that the PoV competition will be held that night. Which is not as crazy as Natalie telling Ryan and Adam that she has a feeling they are going to win because she gets "preemies". No, she's not discussing her abortions, again - that's her special word for "premonitions". I get the premonition that I am doing to do a little dance when she is eliminated and I don't have to hear things like this any more.
PoV:
The reason it had to be at night is due to the megaTV they built. Hard to see TV screens in glaring sunlight. All the HGs are separated and brought out one at a time to flip through the channels on the TVs to get put together a puzzle. Only there are 2 different possible puzzle images and only one that can be solved. The person who gets it in the least amount of time, wins. Everyone seems to think Natalie is a shoe-in for this, due to her often declaring that she loves puzzles and does them all the time. But loving them and having actual skill with them are two different things. As such, she nearly comes in dead last in actuality. The only person slower was Sheila. The winner, on the other hand, was Adam.
Which makes the entire house happy. Natalie says it's a blessing that he won, since he is a member of Team Christ (as an aside, every time I type that, I fear that God is about to smite me. I pray that the fact that I am irritated by it salves his anger. God is vengeful in the bible, you know). Sharon is happy that Adam won because it means Natalie is going home. Sheila and Sharon even discuss how Adam winning was really the best case scenario. Of course, Natalie is still campaigning in her own aggravating way. Whining and bouncing, mostly. And everyone assures her she is safe, while also telling each other that she is going out the door.
Natalie, meanwhile, decides that the reason she never landed an audition as an actress has nothing to do with the fact that she lacks anything resembling talent, can only manage to look vacuous and has a voice so piercing that it makes people want to stab themselves in the ear in a pen. No, it was divine intervention. You see, God wanted her to go on TV and be herself. Well, if you are going to have delusions, you may as well go for the really satisfying ones. Grandeur it is!
There is a brief montage of Sheila's birthday celebration, where she gets a letter from her mom, whom she hasn't spoken to since thanksgiving. Also, her mother's favorite show is Big Brother, and she has watched all 9 seasons - which Sheila didn't know. In fact, Sheila never even bothered to tell her mother that she was going to be on the show. All of this leads me to believe that the mother daughter bond is a bit weak between these two. Yet after reading the letter, Sheila cries that she knows they are going to have an amazing relationship from now on. So, delusions all around! I think she is in for a dreadful surprise.
The end of show offers no surprises, however. Adam takes himself off the block, Sheila puts Natalie up, Natalie pouts, Sharon blends into the sofa. However, not long after the end credits CBS buzzes me with a teaser commercial. It seems the boys may be backing out of their word as we get a brief clip of Adam and Ryan considering keeping Natalie. Will they flex their voting might? Tune in to find out! - then come here and post all about it!
They have to keep Natalie...i know ryan will adam is scared of sheila tho...nat was true to the boys they need to be true to her
sharon has to go now...she could easily win hoh or veto next week...then adam and ryan are up...keeping sharon only helps sheila
please guys be smart go final 3 with nat...dont keep someone that have 3 votes automatically...
adam the only person u cant beat is sharon so why would you keep her...please!!!!get rid of sharon
natalie has ryans vote they gotta work adam...

Natalie is playing for popularity, as if getting attention is more important than actual game play.
There are a lot of Natalie fans out there, but man, there is something unbalanced about her. She had a chance to show some grit, HOH competition for example. But Natalie succumbed to peer pressure and gave in, again.
It's sad, but Natalie has to go.

i wanted natalie to win...then i changed to adam...im leaning to ryan...i would like an adam and ryan final 2...i just need see sheila go and i would love natalie be the one to get rid of her

Natalie is still playing for Matty and only wants to stay in the house one more week because she doesn't like the idea of those in the jury house ganging up on her...including Matty.
All the HGs except for Natalie see the gameplay of BB. She has no strategy except to exhort Team Christ.
If Adam and Ryan boot Sharon from the house, of course Sheila will go ballistic. But Sheila is a strong influence on Adam and will make sure that the worst case would be for her to break the tie. But even so, as Sheila would say, Sharon needs to get the word out to the jury as to what is really happening in the BB house.
What I don't understand is what exactly is the "word"? Is it the duplicity of Ryan having been the master of the backdoor votes? Is it Natalie having lied about her complicity in backdooring Joshie, James, and Chelsia?
The mind wobbles.

She seems to have accepted the fact that she can't win, but no one else seems to see that. Ryan and Adam would be stupid to go to the end together, because neither of them have it in the bag.
Nat has to go, she is too good at competitions, especially the endurance ones they save to the end. If they don't get rid of her, it will be either Natalie and Adam or Natalie and Ryan in the end... I guess it will depend on whoever God tells her to take...
Natalie show how little she knows the bible. Ryan should have been out of there a long time ago. Sharon needed to be more assertive because look where it has got her! Sheila I guess has forgot how many people she has dirted. I wished they would let America vote! that would be cool.

I agree it will be harder for both adam and ryan to make final 2 with natalie but I dont think they will even make final 3 if they keep sharon
sheila basically told ryan and adam that it will only help her to keep sharon...i want to know why sheila thinks adam and ryan owe her more then they owe natalie...if anything its the other way around sheila has had no power until this week and natalie gave her that power...half of them would not be here now if it wasnt for natalie...
and for sheila to say the boys are turning on her is stupid...its not like they would be evicting sheila over natalie...they are keeping the person that has helped them over someone who has done nothing for them
sheila knows she is useless and wont win veto next week so most likely she will leave if natalie stays...if sharon stays sheila will probably stay next week...sheila is asking the guys to look out for her over themselves...and if adam falls for that he is a deserves to lose this whole game...
i understand he wants final 2 but he has to make final 3 first

JVice | Apr 16, 2008 7:12:00 AM | #Natalie only won one competition that I can remember--HOH. And that was because Joshie and James were too full of themselves to concentrate on the questions being asked. Guys are dumb, duh!
Natalie is not a strong competitor when having to face the competition because she can be easily swayed. And if my memory serves...in most cases it doesn't...the final two competitions were not physical endurance challenges.
For Natalie, I'd hold up on applying to MENSA.
And given how much regard BB has for audience participation in deciding the fate of the HGs, I seriously doubt there will be another "America Vote" segment.
Sheila has to rein in her outbursts towards the guys and really play up what is her strong suit--manipulation. She really needs to reach out to Adam and confirm she has his back.
I will say when this game started it was called 'til Death Do You Part and it seems to me the only couple that hasn't parted are Sheila and Adam.
The guys will bungle as most guys do when given a sure thing--my high school prom comes to mind. But having Sharon booted would put the boys more in jeopardy because as you know about BB history, there is still the double eviction coming soon.

She turned on Adam not five minutes after becoming his partner; she turned on Allison b/c Allison was interacting with the other players; she builds James up then tears him down; she turned on Natalie for no good reason.
She is an embarrasment and if I were one of her relatives I would be ashamed. She builds a case against people that has absolutely no merit. I bet she has no real friends. HOH was given to her and here she goes on a power trip beyond belief!!!
I hope she has a nervous breakdown when Natalie is not evicted.

I cant decide who I want to win...i hate sheila with a passion but i think i want her because if you can convince to big guys to play for you instead of themselves then she deservse it...
i also like one of the guys at the end with sharon then natalie gives sharon the winning vote because sharon will already have 3
sheila has set this game up where she will win in the final 2...
i want to scream...but they hate when i do that at work

Adam and Ryan have the best chance of going all the way. With Sheila the dark horse. Unless Sharon steps it up this week and starts winning.

I wanted it to be Adam and Ryan but if they do this then i dont know if i want that...i think im a sucker...i think they needed to be true till final 4 and not only that i think its best for them...
if sharon get hoh or veto one of the boys is going...how is that better for them...it is going to be mental not physical this week and sharon is good i think...idk if they kept natalie what are the chances sheila will get veto almost zero so then the boys are safe and best case they get rid of natalie then...it just seems like a no brainer...
but like i said i give up...

Notice how sensitive Natalie is towards Adam? If Natalie stays, she's gonna turn that boy's head around, and around. Those pheromones aren't just for expensive perfumes, ya know.
Poor Adam will start turning on people once Natalie starts putting blond highlights on his bed head follicles.
That will be two pairs of crazy eyes staring back at us for the remainder of BB.

And then there would be the absolute joy of seeing Sheila's head explode (head if we're lucky) when she realizes the boys turned on her and voted out Sharon. But then I hate Natalie more than a case of ringworm on my peepee (ah high school memories)and dance a jig when she is evicted. By the by, I had a dream last night that Natalie was baptizing the hamsters in the pool and then biting their heads off like Ozzy Osbourne! At least I think it was a dream, maybe it was a CBS clip from tonight's show.
Finally, Badmemory, don't be peepee hatin'! At least you got to go to your prom. I had to spend the night scraping barnacles of my dad's boat. I think I got one of them pregnant.

i just wasted way to much time writing down every possible combo for next week HOH/POV if natalie stayed vs. left and the only person completely safe in every combo if she stayed was adam...if anyone disagrees please tell me how...and ryan only has one chance of being voted out if she stays and that is by sheila if she gets POV and we know that wont happen...sheila has 5 chances for being voted out and natalie 3...so the guys are crazy not to keep nat...they should be writing all this down not me...

Linda, you make very good points. I've also given up on these people or trying to predict. My favorites (James, Chelsia and Joshuah) are already out of the house. I really don't like any of the ones left except Sharon. Or maybe I'm just jealous that she got to run her fingers through Joshie's hair (sorry BillyBob).
