'Big Brother: 'Til Death Do You Part' The Crazy

We've rounded out our first week on Big Brother: 'Til Death Do You Part and the personality disorders are really starting to become apparent. Jen and Parker were the Power Couple and they sent Jacob and Sharon packing when Jacob decided to 'stir the pot' in the stupidest way possible. And continuing with the stupid is Jen and Ryan who each reveal to their BB partners that they are dating. Finally, the first HoH competition decided that Amanda and Alex were in charge of the first elimination ceremony.

But the majority of tonight's show was the devolution of sanity for two of our house guests, who both revealed not only their immaturity but their underhandedness and instability. These two? Why Allison and Shelia, of course. It starts with Allison, who dominates at least 2/3rds of the episode. She is insanely jealous of Jen, to the degree that she calls Ryan, Jen and Parker together and demands that they all think about the position they have put her in and threatens to reveal to the entire house their secret if they push her. Further, she gets Ryan alone and says "I know you have a girlfriend here and blah blah blah" before continuing "But I am so loyal that it's sick" and then goes on to detail all the ways in which she doesn't like Jen and why Ryan needs to put her before his girlfriend. The entire thing is more than a little creepy and isn't helped when Ryan says "I promise, baby" to her. I guess he is not so loyal that it's...sick.

Meanwhile, the memory wall is revealed and no one weeps at the sight of their picture, though Amanda says hers is so bad that she would have rather had a picture of her butt up there. Oh, Amanda, that's OK. We can all see your butt just fine, since half of it is hanging out the bottom of your shorts. Jen points out that her picture is in the number one position because she's destined to win. It's the kind of comment I would laugh off, but everyone in the house apparently takes it incredibly seriously and personally. Yeah, how dare she want to win this competition! But it gets so heated that Parker drags her into their room and tells her to cool it or they'll get evicted next.

There's a serious segment, wherein Amanda reveals that her father committed suicide. She gets into the details of how he called her phone while she was in class and left a message saying that she never picked up the phone when he needed her and he was going to kill himself. And here it is revealed that the homeless kid with the pink mohawk is the most mature, when instead of gaping at her or exchanging hidden looks with another house guest, he assertively tells her "That's not fair". Indeed, James.

Allison continues with the crazy by telling Parker and Jen that she is not playing their game, words that they take as a thinly veiled threat to reveal that Jen and Ryan are dating. Further, she pulls Shelia aside and tells her that she has a big secret but that she doesn't want to reveal it...yet.  Due to all this, Jen and Parker decide to go on the offensive and start to tell the house themselves. But this gets back to Allison before they can finish and she begins to run to everyone and cry and sob about how she was bullied and ordered not to reveal anything and that they are doing this to hurt her. Which makes no sense, because it means Ryan would be evicted too, but some people seem to fall for her insanity tears.

When Jen and Parker get into it with Allison, Shelia is there to back her up by telling everyone that Allison had told her she had a secret but that she would never reveal it. Which isn't exactly accurate. All this revealing makes the HGs nervous and they all get together to swear on the bible that no one else knows anyone else. Which is completely undermined awhile later when Shelia and Allison decide to make a "power play" by revealing to the house that they are a couple too. And have been for years. And have an adopted son. Shelia even uses the lie to excuse her horrid behavior to Adam as being because she's nauseated by having to sleep with a man. Right.

This segues right into Shelia complaining to Parker about how horrible Adam is. And it quickly escalates into her becoming completely unglued when the guys point out that Adam isn't badmouthing her to anyone and she retaliates by yelling "I'm not either! I'm stuck with that idiot over there!!" and it's downhill from there, with Adam trying to intervene in his own abrasive way and her screaming obscenities at him before collapsing on her bed and sobbing. And she's 40-something.

The Nomination Ceremony:
Is anyone surprised that Jen and Parker and Ryan and Allison are put up? Either way, one member of the couple in the house is going home. And Jen, showing how sickly loyal she is, swears it won't be her. On the other hand, Parker is certain she will open her mouth and say something so stupid, they will get the boot. Guess we'll have to tune in Tuesday to find out who will be going!

The Funny:
Parker: I feel like we went from being Brad and Angelina to Kathy Griffin and Pauly Shore.

Jen: You have to wash it so it doesn't stink! (on the subject of Adam as "The Hooded Warrior")

Amanda: You are making me want to poop, I'm so nervous!
