Why are channels/stations missing from grid?
Local ListingsYou're probably looking at a grid for the wrong provider. Click "Change My Location" at the top of the grid and verify that you zip code and provider are correct. Note that cable and satellite systems may have more than one offering for your ZIP code. Be sure to choose the correct one. If you don't know which to choose, the "Digital" offering is usually the most complete. If you still are seeing a discrepancy, please click on the "Contact Us" button above and email us with the subject line "Lineup Discrepancy". Please include the following: - Cable System Name (please copy exactly from our list of providers) - Specific Description of Problem (channels missing or incorrect, program data incorrect, date/time of specific occurrence, etc.) - Provider Service (cable, satellite) - Zip or Postal Code
