Things may be turning sour between Dan and Serena on Gossip Girl, but Penn Badgley and Blake Lively (who play the two characters) seem to be madly in love, and People.com has the pictures to prove it!

Just a warning: the pictures are a little scandalous!  The two seem to be a rather physical couple...

They spent this past weekend at a resort in Mexico called Paraiso de la Bonita, lounging on the beach and doing plenty of cuddling.  So much for denying their relationship to the media!
