Gossip Girl - Zap2it's Guide to Gossip Girl

According to the gossip around town, Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford (who plays Blair's love interest— and Serena's one-time lover— Nate Archibald) was seen locking lips with American Idol winner Carrie Underwood.

It's going to be okay. Just breathe. Remember, as far as we know Penn Badgley (Gossip Girl's Dan) and Ed Westwick (aka the enticingly evil Chuck) are still single...

OK! Magazine reported that the Chace and Carrie were seen together at the NYC club Marquee, apparently participating in some serious PDA. Then the two were spotted at the Del Posto restaurant, and then having drinks at Soho Grand...and THEN at the Rose Bar in the Gramercy Park Hotel! Eyewitnesses reported incessant snuggling and a general unwillingness to leave one another's side...

OK! reported that a friend of Carrie said,

"Chace is much better for her. He's a lot more interesting. He's on a hit show and dating Carrie is the first gossip to come out of Gossip Girl...Chace has such an edgy, almost bad boy image on the show and Carrie has such a good girl image, together they're just hot."

Ahem...I think Chace can do much better. Just in my opinion...What do you think? Do Carrie and Chace make a cute couple? Are they even a couple, or do you think this was a one-weekend kind of thing?

well i know chace personally and he is a genuinly nice guy and youre right she does have a good girl image and i dont see him with a girl that has the opposite image i think chace could get whoever he wants! i kinda like them together but i dont know its weird

yeah i think that Chace could do MUCH better. It sounds superficial, but they just don't look right together, and i'm sure that knowing Chace, this won't last long. And i really think the he and Leighton Meester (i think that's who plays Blair..) would suit each other, not just because they are lovers on the show, but they actually DO look good together and from what ive seen theire personnalities suit each other better.

anyone notice how odd that quote from the friend sounded "first gossip to come out of gossip girl..." sounds more like a plug to me. and lets not forget hes the manwhore that was once spotted with lorenzo lamas's slutty ex. so how hed end up with a sweet girl like carrie sounds fishy. dont get me wrong i like him and all i just dont see it. him and one of his costars on the other hand would be both hott and great gossip. xoxo fanboy

Frankly, they look too perfect together...and there's gotta be something wrong with that.
