There should be a law of how many square-jawed hotties a film can have. "Public Enemies," the summer flick about Depression-era bank robber John Dillinger and J. Edgar Hoover's hunting of him as Public Enemy Number One, has three of them. His Deppness, Johnny Depp is John Dillinger, Billy Crudup is Hoover, and Christian Bale is the FBI agent Melvin Purvis given the task of bringing Dillinger in dead or alive.
