Top Chef: Miami
The Year in Review: What Rick hasn't forgotten
Weird year, 2007. It began with the public immolation of Grey's Anatomy star Isaiah Washington and ended with the possible immolation of TV as we know it. In between came the greatest fade to black of all time, the twee-est TV show ever to earn a full-season pickup and all kinds of really good (and some really bad) television.

Behind the scenes: the 'Top Chef: Miami' finale
Updated: Done in by an overwhelming curry jus and some heavy basil gnocchi in an otherwise outstanding menu, Chicago’s Dale Levitski had to settle for runner-up to Hung Huynh Wednesday in the finale of Bravo’s "Top Chef." It is a position he doesn’t mind.
'Top Chef: Miami': Hung up on French cuisine
So the remaining five Top Chef: Miami contestants finally get to enjoy New York City after last week's tease that stranded them in New Jersey until they could cook their way to the Big Apple.

'Top Chef: Miami': Crash and burn
Ever since the irascible Howie packed up his knives on last week's Top Chef: Miami, I've wondered if the show would lose its bite. Well, it looks like the chefs discovered a new villain ... sorta

'Top Chef: Miami': Creative catering
It's been two weeks since the last Top Chef: Miami, but the loss of Tre still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Let's see if the judges did better this time around.
'Top Chef: Miami': Restaurant Wars Redux
After last week's non-elimination, the remaining eight Top Chef: Miami contestants had to once again engage in Restaurant Wars. Frankly, I went into this episode fully expecting a double elimination just to be fair ... and a little mean. But would Sara be able to keep from biting Howie's head off? Would Brian control his sweating problem? And would Dale and Hung learn from their decorating faux pas?
'Top Chef': Smoky potatoes and vanilla candles
After the weekly reminiscing on their lost companion (Sara N. was last week's elimination), everyone remaining on Top Chef: Miami is quick to get over their distress and move on to the Quickfire Challenge.
The right to party denied on 'Top Chef: Miami'
Sweet! Ever since the ice cream quickfire challenge from last season's Top Chef in which Marcel made a bacon and avocado flavor, I've been waiting for an equally disgustingly sweet challenge for our Miami gang.
Rocco casts a chill over 'Top Chef'
Top Chef: Miami took a rather dangerous top into self-parody on Wednesday (Aug. 1) night.
The only thing burning on 'Top Chef' is questions
This week's episode is, oh what fun, a question and answer show called the Top Chef "Watch What Happens!" Special. Ho hum. Did someone at Bravo miscount? Is that why, only with only five people voted off so far in Season 3, we're getting a clip show?
Telenovela twists on 'Top Chef: Miami'
Thus far, it's been a topsy-turvy season on Top Chef: Miami.
Sweet defeat on 'Top Chef: Miami'
Imagine you're out for a high class, four-course tasting menu at a world class restaurant. Does the thought of reaching the end of your culinary quartet without a sweet climax fill you with sadness? Confusion? Frustration?

'Top Chef' lesson: Meatloaf shouldn't crunch
Before entering into discussion of Wednesday (June 27) night's Top Chef, I have a quick question: In 2007, are there still families out there eating Chicken a la King on a regular basis?
Low and slow on 'Top Chef: Miami'
Hi, Top Chef: Miami editors. I just wanted to compliment you on tonight's misdirection. You had me cutting art for either Sara N. and Micah to be eliminated and then... BAM!... They cooked up a storm.
The Tease: 'Top Chef 3: Miami'
So last season, I noted Marcel as a standout character on Top Chef, not only for his culinary skill, but also for his gleeful arrogance. And as those of you who watched the all-star smackdown, the show's third season boasts a successor to that aggravating yet entertaining throne, none other than Marcel's pal Hung Huynh.
